About the project
Eye Filmmuseum is the place to discover the magic of film. Visitors can watch films, explore temporary exhibitions and discover the museum’s permanent collection.
To help families explore the museum together, Eye wanted to create a playful family trail that guides families through the building in an engaging and accessible way.
Together with Het Imaginarium, we developed a concept built around a story, a cast of characters and playful wayfinding. Instead of simply following a route, families become part of an adventure.
About the family trail
Mission SuperEye: join the heroes on a mission and discover the hidden superpowers of your eyes.
Families are invited to train their eyes through a series of playful challenges spread throughout the museum. Along the way, they discover more about film, visual storytelling and the museum itself.
Every mission encourages visitors to look more closely, peek around corners, search for details, experiment and play together.
The trail consists of five missions, leading families across the entire museum. With every completed challenge, their eyes become a little stronger…
Until they earn their very own Super Eyes.
